Synopsis
Lebanon begins on the first day of the First Lebanon War in June, 1982. Four young Israeli soldiers crammed into a small tank have been assigned to accompany a platoon of paratroopers.
Their mission is to search a civilian Lebanese village for remaining PLO terrorists, and although their commander promises that it will be “fast and simple,” the mission quickly becomes a nightmare. Things grow increasingly complicated as the soldiers find themselves in a chaotic and violent situation they can’t contain.
